    Product description

    Leaf gelatin, also known as gelatin sheet, extracted from the animal's bones (mostly bovine bones or fish bones), and the main component is protein. The protein that constitutes gelatin contains 18 amino acids, seven of which are essential for the human body. Besides less than 16% of the water and inorganic salts, content protein of  the gelatin accounted for more than 82%, which is regarded as an ideal source of protein.
